Training is very important to us. Every member of our operational team has undergone in-house certified training carried out by highly experienced trainers. Our teams are trained in the latest cleaning techniques and correct methods of chemical applications based on the material or floor. Our teams also realize that politeness, helpfulness, honesty and courtesy are imperative at all times. In order to monitor customer satisfaction we call our customer to complete a quality questionnaire after we have carried out their move. We are proud to say that since Jan 2010, 99% of our customers have rated our service as "Good" or (in the vast majority of cases) "Excellent".
Our large fleet of specialist vehicles receives a full mechanical inspection every 6 weeks with servicing taking place every 12 weeks. All vehicles are kept clean and are kitted out with the latest machinery, tools, and the necessary equipment needed to satisfy our deserving customers.
